中国人迎来”制度养老”时代 求解”未富先老”难题

(人民网) 国务院近日决定，自今年７月１日起，启动城镇居民社会养老保险试点工作，明年基本实现“全覆盖”。届时，我国５０００多万城镇非从业居民，可自愿参加城镇居民养老保险，年满后领取含有政府补贴的养老金。 这是一项重大制度建设。它意味着中国人“老有所养”的千年愿望即将初步实现。围绕公众关心的相关问题，“新华视点”记者作了追踪采访。
