北京出台“家七条”鼓励家政服务实行员工制
2011年05月26日 09:36 来源：北京日报 参与互动(0) 市人力社保局、商务委等昨天联合发布了鼓励发展家政服务业的扶持优惠政策，对符合条件的员工制家政公司，不仅保姆可按在职职工标准上三险，而且政府还会为企业实际缴纳社保费的50%买单。此外，高校毕业生从事家政服务，可视同基层工作经历。 市人力社保局有关负责人介绍，此次分别从鼓励实行员工制管理、加大扶持力度、维护从业人员合法权益等七个方面提出了政策和鼓励措施，简称“家七条”。
家政公司热议“家七条” 保姆价格不会明显波动
