杨浦老龄事业“十二五”开局工作规划
2011年,是市、区老龄事业发展“十二五”规划的启动之年,是全面落实部市共建国家现代民政示范区合作协议的实施年。杨浦区将继续以科学发展观为 统领,认真贯彻落实党的十七届五中全会精神,紧抓“老年友好城区”国家级试点区创建工作的发展机遇,按照区委、区政府“努力构建平安有序、富有特色的 9073养老服务格局”的工作要求,推动杨浦老龄事业再上新台阶。2011年,我区老龄工作的总体思路是:坚持打造“温馨杨浦、和谐老龄”为老服务品牌体 系,突出“牵手夕阳”服务主题,努力打造多元化养老服务模式、深入实践“三社互动”工作机制,切实推动杨浦老龄工作科学发展。
