新老年法载不动“空巢”许多愁

(北京周报)我国一些家庭子女由于工作、学习、结婚等原因离家后,独守“空巢”的中老年夫妇无人照料,权益得不到应有的保障。最近,新修订的老年法在“精神慰藉”一章中规定,“家庭成员不得在精神上忽视、孤立老年人”,特别强调“与老年人分开居住的赡养人,要经常看望或者问候老人”。
