来源：民政部网站作者：时间：2011-10-10字体：[大 中 小] 10月5日是中华民族传统敬老节日――重阳节，同时，9月15日至10月15日是我国第二个“敬老月”，为营造尊老敬老的社会氛围，增强全社会关爱老人意识，杭州市精心筹备，部署“五送”活动，丰富老年人精神文化生活，提高老年人生活品质，积极应对人口老龄化。 一是开展宣传送祝福。积极协调报刊、电台、电视台、网络等媒体开展“敬老月”主题宣传活动，通过开设专栏、制作专题节目等形式宣传尊老敬老先进典型和感人 事迹、人口老龄化发展趋势及对策、老龄工作方针政策及老龄事业的成就经验等，多渠道、多形式、多层次营造敬老助老的良好社会氛围。
