探索——喘息服务减重压 让失能老人家属歇一歇
浙江日报讯 (记者 张丽) 核心提示： 据估算，至2015年，我省每5个人中就将有1个老年人，与老龄化相伴的是，失去生活自理能力的老人也在日益增多。早在1970年，美国就开始提供“喘息服务”，减轻失能老人家庭的压力。西湖区借鉴国外先进理念，率先试点“喘息服务”，引起社会广泛关注。 家有失去生活自理能力的老人，会是怎样一种状况？ 老人自理，不可能；请保姆，太花钱；自己照顾，没时间…… 家有失能老人，显然不是一个“累”字可以形容。 西湖区为此在全省率先试水“喘息服务”，为长期卧病在床的失能老人提供临时性替代护理服务，使原本身心疲惫、精神压抑的失能老人家属有个“喘息”机会。

老年人户口有望随子女迁移 中小城市或率先实行
2011年09月24日 07:49:46 来源： 京华时报 昨天，中国政府网发布国务院印发的《中国老龄事业发展“十二五”规划》。规划提出，“十二五”时期，全国60岁以上老年人将由1.78亿增加到2.21亿。为解决老年人的养老问题，今后我国将进一步完善老年人口户籍迁移管理政策，老年人将有望随着子女迁移户口，以便于子女赡养老人。
