上杭县老年人入住老年公寓意愿的调查与思考
福建省老年学学会上杭研究小组 上杭县老年学学会2011-06-22 12:50:29 内容提要：本文通过对上杭县7个乡（镇）、14个村、297个老年人入住老年公寓意愿调查了解的情况，分析了近九成的老年人不愿意入住老年公寓的原因是：居家好、难接受、不习惯、住不起、舍不得。从而得出了“目前和以后可预见的较长时期，居家养老仍是上杭县老年人养老的主要方式，公寓式养老只能是居家养老的重要补充。”的调查结论，并就如何提高居家养老的保障和服务水平、加大对公办养老服务机构的投入、加强对民办养老服务机构的引导和监管、营造有利于老年人养老的良好社会环境提出了建议。

《全国城乡失能老年人状况研究》新闻发布稿
中国老龄科学研究中心主任 张恺悌 （2011年3月1日） 为了摸清全国失能老年人基本状况，提出失能老年人照料对策，2010年全国老龄办和中国老龄科学研究中心开展了全国失能老年人状况专题研究。伴随着我国人口老龄化、高龄化的不断深入发展，失能老年人规模不断扩大，根据调查预测，2010年末全国城乡部分失能和完全失能老年人约3300万，占总体老年人口的19.0％。
