新老年法载不动“空巢”许多愁

（北京周报）我国一些家庭子女由于工作、学习、结婚等原因离家后，独守“空巢”的中老年夫妇无人照料，权益得不到应有的保障。最近，新修订的老年法在“精神慰藉”一章中规定，“家庭成员不得在精神上忽视、孤立老年人”，特别强调“与老年人分开居住的赡养人，要经常看望或者问候老人”。
