83岁老父状告6名子女 只求“常回家看看”

(新京报）[提要] 北京房山法院窦店法庭，一奶同胞，姐弟六人，为“谁孝顺老人”，在法庭上争得面红耳赤。而老人的诉求很简单，子女每周至少保证探望一次。老人称，自己不缺 钱，有退休金和医保，但就是孤独寂寞。据了解，由于工厂改制，老人居住的小区子女都到市区或外地自谋生路，孤独老人越来越多。六年前，该小区就有一位老人 写下了“生不如死”遗言后，自缢身亡。
