In 2017, the Colby Museum presented artist David C. Driskell with the Cummings Award for Artistic Excellence. As part of the Museum’s annual summer luncheon, Sharon Corwin, the Museum’s Carolyn Muzzy Director and Chief Curator, sat down with Driskell to discuss his work, artistic legacy, and his ties to Maine.
