This course is aimed at advanced or native speakers of Chinese who would like to deepen their understanding of basic grammar patterns of the Chinese language and second language acquisition through practical application. The course consists of weekly readings on pedagogy and the Chinese language and an opportunity to apply these readings though conducting grammar clinics for elementary students. - Learning Chinese Online Another page with many links to useful sites for beginning Chinese language learning.
- NYU Class Notes Notes on the characters in each lesson. (You may download them onto your computer.) The author, Moss Roberts, is an erudite scholar, and the notes include all sorts of interesting information on the history of the characters.
- Marjorie Chan’s China Links This is the most extensive site out there for information about Chinese language learning and linguistics.
- Integrated Chinese Homepage This is the home-page for the textbook used in CN 125-CN 321. On this page there is a section for teachers.
- Peer Source This is a web site for language teachers maintained by Cheng & Tsui the publishers of Integrated Chinese as well as other Chinese language textbooks.
