“孝子杀母”案折射安乐死困境

5月30日，外界高度关注的“孝子杀母”案一审宣判。广州市番禺区法院采纳公诉人提出缓刑建议，以故意杀人罪，判处被告邓明建有期徒刑三年，缓刑四年。结束长达一年羁押的被告，重获自由。

回顾案情，邓明建去年报警，母亲李某自然死亡云云。警方尸检结果，却发现为中毒而死。邓某不得不坦承，母亲请求买来农药，助其安乐死。案发后，亲朋邻友争相反映儿子孝顺，从四川远行千里南下打工，犹不忘接来老母。细心服侍母亲18年，中风瘫痪的老人一日三餐、洗澡、梳头，全由孝子一手打理。孝子孝行令人动容，安乐死一事，实出无奈，请求法官酌情轻判。 Continue reading →

人民调查：七成四网友反对弹性延迟领养老金年龄

人民调查：七成四网友反对弹性延迟领养老金年龄人民网北京6月6日电 （记者 袁悦）近日，人力资源社会保障部就人民网网友在“部委领导留言板”中提出的有关“就业优惠政策”、“外籍（海归）人才在华就业”、“退休制度改革”、“社会保险关系转续”及“劳务派遣”等问题进行了详细解答。根据解答，人民网推出调查《人社部拟适时建议弹性延迟领养老金年龄，咋看？》

截至6月6日23:20，共有11478人次参与了调查。其中，74.5%的网友（8556票）表示反对，认为会不利于年轻人就业；12.4%的网友（1423票）表示支持，认为平均寿命延长，养老金缺口大；10.7%的网友（1231票）则表示中立，是否延长应据自愿。

另外，还有部分网友（2.3%，268票）有其他话要说。
