“赠房求养老” 房子赠“丢”了

（2011-05-20    千山晚报） 85岁的孤寡老人想用“赠房子”请来“保姆”照料自己直到终老 房票改名后，“保姆”变脸反口不认，老人饿肚生病，欲寻短见 铁西司法局大陆司法所为老人提供法律援助，经过调解双方和解，老太要回了房子 “以为给了房子，请人来照顾养老就行了，哪知房子一更完名，‘保姆’就不认了……”去年，85岁的老太王兆荣在老伴过世后，打算以房子为“赠 礼”，请人来给她当保姆照料她直到终老。结果，房子给了出去，对方却反口不认当初的“口头养老协议”，不仅不再细心照顾老人，甚至有时让老人挨饿，王兆荣 又气又火，差点寻了短见。多亏邻居及时发现，并求助街道和社区帮忙，几经调解，本周，老人才要回了自己的房子。
