中国人迎来”制度养老”时代 求解”未富先老”难题

(人民网) 国务院近日决定，自今年７月１日起，启动城镇居民社会养老保险试点工作，明年基本实现“全覆盖”。届时，我国５０００多万城镇非从业居民，可自愿参加城镇居民养老保险，年满后领取含有政府补贴的养老金。 这是一项重大制度建设。它意味着中国人“老有所养”的千年愿望即将初步实现。围绕公众关心的相关问题，“新华视点”记者作了追踪采访。

《全国城乡失能老年人状况研究》新闻发布稿

中国老龄科学研究中心主任   张恺悌 （2011年3月1日） 为了摸清全国失能老年人基本状况，提出失能老年人照料对策，2010年全国老龄办和中国老龄科学研究中心开展了全国失能老年人状况专题研究。伴随着我国人口老龄化、高龄化的不断深入发展，失能老年人规模不断扩大，根据调查预测，2010年末全国城乡部分失能和完全失能老年人约3300万，占总体老年人口的19.0％。
