上海市静安区：探索居家养老新模式

(人民网) “血压蛮好，在正常范围”——记者来到上海市静安区愚园路608弄127号3楼的张月弟老人家时，静安寺地段医院四明站点的陈蕾医生正在为老人量血压。 中午11点半，愚园乐龄家园送餐上门。肉末炖蛋、黄瓜炒肉丝、榨菜粉皮、炸鸡腿、卷心菜汤——这样的一顿午餐，只要4.5元。“他们的花样多，比我自己烧的好吃，而且每次送到时都是很烫的”，张月弟老人吃得很满意。 而在愚园乐龄家园助老服务站，同样的四菜一汤、两荤两素，几十名在这里“搭伙”的老人也吃得很香。 下午，独居老人专管员孙其梅来张月弟家里走访。作为高龄无保障老人，张老享受每月460元的社保，同时，张其梅又替他向区老龄委申请到了每月200元的补贴。下午，还将有钟点工到张老家进行保洁服务——服务的经费从该200元补贴中支出。 这是静安区一个普通老人的有保障的晚年生活。截至今年8月31日，静安区已累计为3653名老人提供这样的全方位的居家养老服务，其中为80岁以上老人上门助医服务达9623人次。 Continue: http://society.people.com.cn/GB/41158/6318548.html
