If I were rich I wouldn’t have a stereotypical mansion, but instead a penthouse in the city. I’d live on central park, not having to hire or worry about landscaping. I’d have access to all the amenities I could ever need and not have to worry about taking care of my own private gym, spa or pool. Sure it might not be as personal as my own sprawling campus of a house, but I’d have more flexibility to live the lifestyle that I want to live.
