Colby leases 2 SUV dedicated to Island Campus programming. Once your program is approved, you can reserve these SUVs, which are kept in the Roberts Lot, to provide transportation for your group.

Rules:
- Scheduling:
- Vehicles must be scheduled on the shared calendar.
- Be sure to include the contact name and cell number of both the organizer and the driver in the calendar entry.
- Only faculty or staff may reserve vehicles, and they are responsible for ensuring that student drivers follow all vehicle rules.
- Pick-Up/Drop-Off:
- The driver must sign the vehicle in and out at Security.
- If there is any damage to the vehicle, we use this list to identify the responsible driver.
- Fueling:
- Please return the vehicle with more than ½ tank of gas.
- Each vehicle has a gas card attached to the keys.
- The Colby gas pump is located in the Steam Plant parking lot.
- To activate the gas pump, swipe the card and press 2 on the keypad.
- Cleanliness:
- Please leave the vehicle clean when returned.
- Maintenance Issues:
- Report any maintenance concerns to Whitney King ([email protected]).
- Parking Location:
- Vehicles are parked in the Roberts lot in the row next to the football field.
