老人告子女不养老女儿搬家

2008-03-12 11:06:57　来源: 城市晚报 核心提示：王德宽因为赡养费一事将四个子女告上了法庭，法庭判子女们每人每月给他126.44元钱的赡养费。然而，没过多久，孩子们不再给老人养老费，3个女儿陆续搬家。 城市晚报3月12日报道 王德宽今年63岁，患有白内障，眼睛几近失明。2005年，王德宽因为和儿女闹矛盾，赌气离家出走。在外面流浪了半年多的时间后，长春市绿园区民丰村至爱老年医疗护理院院长收留了他。在老年护理院安顿下来后，王德宽因为赡养费一事将四个子女告上了法庭，法庭判子女们每人每月给他126.44元钱的赡养费。然而，没过多久，孩子们不再给老人养老费，记者近日对此事进行了采访。
