“银发浪潮”冲击中国 65岁以上老人超过1亿

 2009年09月03日08:41 　 人民网-人民日报　 李晓宏　 我要评论(11886) 空巢老人。人民图片 “都说养儿能防老，可儿山高水远他乡留”，一句心酸的歌词道出对养老问题的担忧。 有人说， “21世纪是老人的世纪”，中国尤是。日前，全国老龄委办公室副主任吴玉韶指出，中国正开始进入人口老龄化快速发展期，老年人口由年均增加311万人，发展到年均增加800万人。 根据国家人口计生委的数据，2007年，中国65岁以上老年人口，已达1.04亿，到本世纪40年代，将达到峰值3.2亿。届时，平均每5个人中就有1个65岁以上的老人。 专家预测，中国人口红利期将在2033年关闭。之后，社会总抚养比迅速上升，在本世纪后50年，达到80％以上，意即每10个劳动年龄人口至少抚养8个人。现在，距离这个窗口期，只有24年。
