为争家产不养老妈 居委会代老人告子女

2013-01-29 07:37:19 　　　 龙虎网讯 83岁的毛阿婆育有七个子女，因老人早年将房产赠予了三儿子，当她年老需要赡养时，其他六子女提出要重新分配家产，否则不履行赡养义务，并将老人送至当地居委会。 为争家产拒养老母，居委会代老人起诉 毛阿婆共生有三子四女七个孩子，现均已成家另立门户。1994年8月，毛阿婆夫妇与三儿子签订一份赠予合同，将名下房产全部赠予了三儿子。不久，老伴去世，她一直与三儿子共同生活。2012年2月，毛阿婆被医院诊断为老年痴呆症，生活不能自理。出院后，三儿子不愿继续与其一起生活，其他子女则提出要重新分配父母财产，否则不履行赡养义务。
