助母自杀犯故意杀人罪 孝子顺从母亲自杀被判三年

新民晚报 2012-07-18  摘 要：邓明建助母自杀被判三年。母亲因为患有脑中风、类风湿等疾病，二十年来生活一直不能自理。母亲叫他去买农药，邓明建犯故意杀人罪，被判处有期徒刑三年，缓刑四年。 邓明建是四川省阆中市人，今年43岁，小学没有毕业。他和妻子在广东番禺打工谋生。邓明建在老家有两个姐姐和一个弟弟，母亲因为患有脑中风、类风湿等疾病，二十年来生活一直不能自理。2010年父亲去世后，邓明建将母亲从四川老家接到广东，一边打工一边照顾，直到2011年5月16日悲剧发生。
