What we done did
- Cheshta and I (Molly) went for a lovely little walk to the head of the falls, it was nice and sunny and a bit icy and we learned some things about the history of head of the falls
- Lacey wrote about attending nature in JanPlan instead of going outside.
- Something to think about, trampled paths mean that lots of people are getting outside, yay!
- Taryn tried to go skating, but Johnson pond was covered in snow and her skates didn’t fit her.
- Margaret went for an arb walk and saw lots of dogs and slid on the crusty snow!
- Trouncing through the crust can be really fun!
- Alice went for a lovely run outside this afternoon and she even said it was warm!
- Bentley and Jack went for a walk along the Messalonskee stream trail!
- Aidan walked on a trail near foss and had lots of fun in the snow.
- Kayla has gone on a couple walks in the arb this week, and she got a little wet in a frozen stream.
- Her roommates saw an owl, so keep your eyes peeled.
What we gonna do
- Lacey wants to go to the ocean and see the snow and the ocean, and maybe take an icy dip.
- Taryn is excited about leading this trip
- Caroline wants to take a trip down to Quarry Road for nordic skiing.
- Bentley would be open to a Friday afternoon French mountain or Mt. Phillip!
- Jack is interested in leading a trip to Mount Abraham!
This week
- Winter trip leading training will be with Ryan and Taryn on Wednesday at 5 pm, it should be about an hour and a half.
- Dr. Popsicle is my hero!
