The Garden on the Hill

“We have a farmer who doesn’t have to work a second job to save his farm.”

With the help of one of the garden’s co-presidents, Julia Nelson ‘19, this film explores the importance of the Colby Garden (COFGA) to the dining halls. Furthermore, through the perspective of Colby’s Executive Chef, Jim LaChance, the film explains how using locally produced food affects the surrounding community.
