Pastures of Plenty is run and managed by Graham and Emily Mallory. They produce grassfed beef and pastured pork with the goal of restoring the Jackson Farm to high-quality pasture land. In this short documentary, Graham explains the process of intensely grazing cows and pigs and some of the struggles he faces in making a profit.
