Eunsung Junn is an associate professor at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in the neurology department researching Parkinson’s Disease. Dr. Junn was born on November 15, 1966 in Jeollabukdo, South Korea. After spending most of his youth in Jeolladbukdo, Junn moved up to Seoul to pursue a college education at Yonsei University, then continued his career by getting his PhD at KAIST. During his time at Yonsei, Junn was an active member of his department, participating in school clubs and even political movements that were at the time. Junn then immigrated to the United States to complete his post-doctoral fellowship, and ended up pursuing the rest of his career in the United States. Today, Junn enjoys spending his time by playing golf, watching soccer, and explaining biological concepts to his friends and family.
