(2004) degrees in psychology from <a href=\"http:\/\/psychology.illinoisstate.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Illinois State University<\/a>, and my PhD in Cognitive Psychology at <a href=\"http:\/\/psychweb.wustl.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Washington University in Saint Louis<\/a> in 2008. At Colby I teach Introduction to Psychology, the course on Cognitive Psychology, a Cognitive Aging seminar, and a Seminar and Collaborative Research in Memory.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recent Awards and Recognition<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jsmf.org\/grants\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2015 Scholar Award in Understanding Human Cognition from the James S.
