In 2015 Elmer Whiting sold the farm to The John H. Murphy Foundation to be both a farm and a space for people with developmental disabilities to learn life and job skills. Since then, under the direction of Kim Finnerty, Whiting Farm has lived up to its historic roots and flourished as a community farm.
