Here in Maine, ours are worth around $24-$28 per MWh. We would expect a total of $55,000-$65,000 per year if we sold our solar RECs in the Massachusetts market (2,300 MWh). In contrast, we recently paid $0.49\/MWh for 15,300 MWh worth of RECs (~$7500 for RECs to offset all campus purchased electricity).<\/li>\n<li>Shair-Swenson-Watson (SSW) Solar Production (<a href=\"http:\/\/web.colby.edu\/joules2dollars\/files\/2018\/03\/SSWSolar.xlsx\">Excel worksheet<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Thermal comfort <a href=\"http:\/\/web.colby.edu\/joules2dollars\/files\/2018\/03\/GrossmanComfortSurvey.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Survey<\/a> developed for the Grossman Renovation and designed to meet the requirements of the <a href=\"https:\/\/new.usgbc.org\/leed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LEED<\/a> credit.<\/li>\n<li>SSW energy systems <a href=\"http:\/\/web.colby.edu\/joules2dollars\/files\/2018\/03\/SSWEnergySysSnapshot.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">snapshot<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Recent energy use data from SSW (<a href=\"http:\/\/web.colby.edu\/joules2dollars\/files\/2018\/03\/SSW_usedata.xlsx\">Excel worksheet<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Do we have sewer\/water and trash\/recycling data by building?
