Battan Author\u2019s Award.\u00a0 James Rodger Fleming, \u201cfor his book <em>Fixing the Sky: The Checkered History of Weather and Climate Control<\/em>, a comprehensive review of the history of weather modification, which culminates in a critical consideration of geo-engineering approaches to climate change.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0 The Louis J.
