Once your program is approved, you can reserve these SUVs, which are kept in the Roberts Lot, to provide transportation for your group.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Links to reserve SUVs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reserve SUV 2 <a href=\"https:\/\/calendar.app.google\/8do4fasbUpvJ3sFm6\">HERE<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reserve SUV 3 <a href=\"https:\/\/calendar.app.google\/paqWWkrhkKUgTTY37\">HERE<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rules:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Scheduling:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Vehicles must be scheduled on the <strong>shared calendar<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be sure to <strong>include the contact name and cell number<\/strong> of both the organizer and the driver in the calendar entry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Only faculty or staff<\/strong> may reserve vehicles, and they are responsible for ensuring that student drivers follow all vehicle rules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pick-Up\/Drop-Off:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>The driver must <strong>sign the vehicle in and out at Security<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If there is any damage to the vehicle, we use this list to identify the responsible driver.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fueling:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Please <strong>return the vehicle with more than \u00bd tank of gas<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each vehicle has a <strong>gas card<\/strong> attached to the keys.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Colby gas pump is located in the <strong>Steam Plant parking lot<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To activate the gas pump, <strong>swipe the card<\/strong> and <strong>press 2<\/strong> on the keypad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cleanliness:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Please leave the vehicle <strong>clean<\/strong> when returned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Maintenance Issues:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Report any maintenance concerns to <strong>Whitney King<\/strong> (<a href=\"mailto:dwking@colby.edu\">dwking@colby.edu<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Parking Location:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Vehicles\u00a0are parked in the <strong>Roberts lot<\/strong> in the row <strong>next to the football field.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Colby leases 2 SUV dedicated to Island Campus programming.
