The Expedition has already<br \/>\nmoved down the Mississippi. The<br \/>\nBurnside expedition has got off safely.<br \/>\nThe Pensacola ran the blockade<br \/>\nunharmed yesterday. Twenty two shots<br \/>\nwere fired at her. This was the<br \/>\ncannonading we heard down the<br \/>\nriver.<br \/>\nHave been studying Battalion<br \/>\nand Brigade drills this morning. Am<br \/>\nin excellent health.
