Bermuda, Varina. Reported to Gen. Weitzel’s Head
Quarters and was assigned to the
1st. Division, reporting to Genl. Wild.
31. Gen. Kantz has relieved Gen.
Wild and another A.A.G. has
arrived senior to me. I shall therefore
be assigned to one of the brigades.
Visited City Point yesterday and made
full inquiries about Charley Granger.
