The painting that stood out to me the most, and that I selected for my exam, was Viviano Codazzi and Michelangelo Cerquozzi\u2019s\u00a0<em>Ruined Triumphal Arch, with Belisarius Recieving Alms<\/em>.  Codazzi and Cerquozzi&#8217;s use of light to draw the viewer&#8217;s eyes across the canvas towards the beggar is extremely reflective of the Baroque period.
