Holly Gottsegen is a senior psychology major at Colby College and is a trained abortion doula. This past summer, Holly was a Doula intern with the Doula Project, working in New York City Planned Parenthood clinics with a focus on providing care to communities and individuals with more limited access to reproductive services. Holly was kind enough to discuss her work as a Doula and the importance of support in the Pro-choice movement, both with regard to the individual and their experiences as well as protecting and respecting abortion as a right.
