| At this point, choose either “Insert into Post/Page” (this will add a link) OR copy the url, scroll and save all changes. | |

| To embed a Quicktime player follow the above directions and after you copy the url — choose the Quicktime video icon | |

When the “embed a Quicktime video file” window opens, paste the url and click “okay.” UPDATE your WordPress Page.
NOTES about this process — you may need to toggle fullscreen to see the Quicktime embed icon AND after you click it you will need to click toggle fullscreen to return to the entry box for the Quicktime file url.
