Each of the following pages contains a story (from  my perspective) about a dinner I helped organize for the project:

Michael Strohl chose to commemorate his grandmother Thelma Ruth Patrick (lovingly referred to as Grandma Ruth) by cooking Shrimp Patrick, “Chicken Legs,” twice-baked potatoes, green beans, and an apple pie.

Joan Harley honored her great grandmother Margaretha Katharina Unbehauen with german sausage in a caramelized onion gravy and a sauerkraut salad.

Denise Rehrman celebrated her mother Barbara Mary Denni with a typical meal of stuffed peppers, salad, Italian bread, and strawberry shortcake.
