Skype Tutoring

In case of illness and inclement weather or if you are away from campus, Skype tutoring is available for this JanPlan (2012). Tutors Veronica Foster and Alex Gucinski will tutor twice a week on Sundays and Wednesdays. Just follow the instructions below on setting up a Skype appointment. 

How to set up your sessions for Skype tutoring:

1. Sign up for a Skype appointment on the regular schedule. Just look for “Skype Tutor.”
2. Download Skype if you have not already and add FarnhamWritersCenter to your contacts.
3. Call and start a video chat with your tutor.
4. If you have written work, share it with your tutor on Google Docs. To do so,  click on “Documents” located on the top left of your Colby email account. Then, upload your paper or copy and paste it onto a new document. Share the document with your tutor by clicking the “share” button and using the tutor’s email address.
