Adding a Line Break Inside an Excel  Cell

On a PC:

  1. Click the cell you want
  2. Type the first line of information
  3. Press ALT+ENTER
  4. Type the second line
  5. Press ALT+ENTER
  6. Repeat until finished
  7. Press ENTER 

On a Mac:

  1. Click the cell you want
  2. Type the first line of information
  3. Press CTRL+OPEN APPLE+RETURN
  4. Type the second line
  5. Press ALT+OPEN APPLE+RETURN
  6. Repeat until finished
  7. Press RETURN

Custom Left Navigation Menu in Confluence
confluence_48_whiteOne of the bundled themes included with Confluence is the Left Navigation theme. This theme has a navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen. By default, the left-navigation theme just displays the space icon (or profile icon for a personal space), and three menus: page operations, browse space, and add content. Sending the .doc files  to oneself, posting to Rapidshare, publishing to Scribd, carrying a  pendrive around – it’s just a small sample of how creative some of you  are.
